This one bedroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Jose Luis Perez Pujadas in the Figares/Forum neighborhood of Granada. The apartment is only about a 20-minute walk from the Estadio Nuevo Los Cármenes, which is home to Granada CF so you can go and see a match whenever you want!
The completely renovated property is a luxury: aside from the all of the rooms decorated with modern furniture, there is a huge private terrace for having barbeques or sunbathing! Anyone from students to professionals will fall in love with this 120m2 property!
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is very big and is furnished with unique pieces of furniture.
- The kitchen and living has an open layout, creating a spacious feel in the apartment. There is also a dining area on the side to enjoy meals with friends!
- The apartment has access to a pool which is the perfect place to relax during the hot Granada summers!
- After going swimming, you can come back to your nice and cool air-conditioned apartment and have a lemonade!
- The house has parking available, so you won't waste time looking for a space for your car on the street.
