This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Real de Cartuja, in San Francisco Javier, is fully furnished and opens out onto a private patio. The 60 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area and 1 tiled bathroom with a shower, sink, and a mirror.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, 15 minutes from the Granada train station and close to numerous cafes, shops, and restaurants. Both the Fuentenueva and Cartuja University campuses are within walking distance, and the bus stops 2 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been nicely renovated while maintaining its historical charm.
- You can walk to the Cathedral of Granada in 16 minutes.
- The cozy living area is furnished with a dining table and sofa.
- The beautiful Jardines Del Triunfo are just around the corner.
- There is a lovely shared courtyard within the apartment building.
- Both bedrooms are equipped with televisions, so you will not have to fight with your flatmate over the remote!
