The highlight of the property has to be the sunny rooftop terrace with gorgeous views. The house has been beautifully renovated while maintaining its historical charm.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Granada, just 2 minutes from a bus stop. This charming historical neighbrouhood will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with all the essential amenities within easy reach.

What we liked the most

  • This historical house has plenty of charm and is typical of Granada.
  • There are 2 terraces and 2 balconies, all of which offer lovely views.
  • There are windows throughout that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
  • There is a fireplace to keep you cozy over winter.
  • With 2 living areas and a large kitchen with a dining area, there is plenty of space to relax with friends or family.
  • Raquel the Homecheker told us that she really loved this property

Things to keep in mind

  • The 2 armchairs in the downstairs living room with be replaced by a sofa bed.
  • The refrigerator and washing machine will be installed before the tenants move in.
  • Bedroom 3 is the only room with AC.
