This chic 60 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Carrera del Darro in Realejo. The living room is stylishly decorated with a TV and sofa, as well as a table and chairs. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator and microwave as well.
There is a supermarket and several other stores nearby, as well as a few restaurants. The Plaza Isabel La Catolica, and Mirador de Los Carvajales are both within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is tidy with a shower over a large bath, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a small balcony which can be accessed from the living room.
- The University of Granada is around a 20-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
