This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle San Matías in the city centre. The bedroom has a double bed as well as a large window which leads on to a balcony. The combined kitchen and living area also has balcony access through a bright window.
All the essentials are within walking distance, including a supermarket. The Fuente de las Granadas monument and surrounding park is only a 10-minute walk away as well, although the larger Dehesa del Generalife is accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- Tenants have access to a gorgeous shared terrace.
- There is a TV in both the bedroom and living room.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is accessible only from the bedroom.
- The refrigerator is half-size, but is suitable for 1-2 people.
