This 65m2, 1-bedroom property is the penthouse apartment on the 6th floor. Located at the very top of the building, you have nothing to block the sun, so the apartment is extremely bright. There are elegant wooden floor boards which are complemented by the carefully considered, luxury decor. The kitchen and living room are connected, separated only by a beautiful marble island.
The Los Pajaritos neighbourhood is a student-friendly area full of bars, restaurants, and pubs. You also are well connected to the rest of the city by bus.
What we liked the most
- The property is a penthouse apartment with access to a large terrace.
- The apartment has modern amenities such as central heating and AC.
- The bedroom has a walk-in closet.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 2-burner electric stove, oven, and dishwasher.
- The neighbourhood is a very lively area with a lot of supermarkets and bars.
