The living areas are located downstairs including a sleek kitchen with an excellent view. The sitting room has a small sofa and a dining table. The shared bathroom has a toilet, and shower/bath.
This is a beautiful area in Dublin and can take about 20-25 minutes to the city centre by public transport. All around the apartment are large parks, and nearby is the River Dodder. Further down Milltown Rd are shops, cafes and restaurants.

The landlady is a retiree in her early 70's who loves to be active and have an active social life. She is interested in sports such as golf and bowling and likes to play bridge in her spare time. She has an interest in the arts which could start some great conversations or you could visit the nearby parks or beach together for walks.
