This charming studio apartment for rent is an annexation of a house but has its own separate entrance and access to a private garden. The studio has a triangular wooden roof with skylight windows, which provide plenty of sunlight and a more open space. There are 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double, large L-shaped couch, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is shared and is located in the main house.
Clonsilla is a calm, residential neighborhood perfect if you prefer to live outside of a busy city center. On Porter's Gate Way, you are tucked away on a street lined with homes but are a short walk from the Clonsilla Train Station, meaning you can be in the city center in less than 25 minutes. You are also well-connected by bus, which can take you into Dublin City Center or to nearby Blanchadstown Shopping Center. If you have a car the shopping center is no more than 5 minutes away and it won't take you more than a 25-minute driver from the city center.
What we liked the most
- We love the roof with skylight windows.
- The patio is the perfect place to enjoy a sunny day.
- There are small shops about 15 minutes away on foot.
- You are well-connected to Dubin City Center by train.

- There is a shared kitchen located outside the annexed-studio. You will find it in the 4-bedroom house.
