This charming studio apartment in Terenure is located in the backyard of the landlady's house but has its own entrance. The property is beautifully presented and has 2 single beds, bathroom, and a basic kitchen.
The studio is in a nice residential area that is about a 30-minute drive from the city centre. You will find a bus stop 4 minutes away, and you can also access a park, shops and a supermarket within walking distance.
