A modern, recently renovated studio apartment is for rent in The Liberties, Dublin. Completely refurbished, there are brand new, contemporary appliances and furnishings throughout the property. The kitchen area is sizable and has everything you would find in a larger flat, including a full electric stove, an oven, a mini fridge-freezer, a washing machine, and a cupboard. The bathroom, too, is brand new and very spacious. The living room has lots of storage space, and it also has an adorable fireplace for Dublin's cold winter months.The bedroom area is well-heated and has a double bed.
The Liberties is Dublin's most historic area. Well-connected and within walking distance of many historic or touristic sites, The Liberties is home to the lively Temple Bar and Cow's Lane Market. Perfect for young students or professionals alike, The Liberties is a vibrant and culturally rich neighbourhood that is not to be missed.
What we liked the most
- The flat is centrally located in the heart of Dublin's historic center.
- The property has been recently renovated, and all of the furniture and appliances are brand new.
- There is lots of storage space throughout the studio.
- The kitchenette is spacious and has all the appliances you would find in a normal-sized flat.
- There is a fireplace in the main room, which is perfect for colder months.
- Despite its small size, the flat has been very well-planned and organised, giving you the impression that it is larger than it is.
