Located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood of Castaheany on the same named Castaheany street, this 4 bedroom family house has one bedroom available, suitable for male tenants only. The two storey house consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with a garden access, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, the bedroom available for rent, and three rooms belonging to the live-in landlady and her family. As well as having a laundry area, tenants will have access to a parking space - you can reach the city centre in just 20 minutes with a car!
Room description
Along with a unique and calming wallpaper, this bedroom features a standalone wardrobe, a television and a nightstand. Please note that although there are two single beds pictured, the landlord is planning to take out one of the beds.
What we liked the most
- The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for those in need of some peace.
- Blanchardstown Shopping Centre is just a 20 minute bus ride away.
- We love the large and sunny fully equipped kitchen, also featuring a laundry area.
- As it takes one hour to reach Dublin city centre on public transportation, parking space is available for those commuting with a car.
- The landlady plans to put a TV in the bedroom.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that tenants will not have access to the living room, as it is for the private use of the landlady and her family.
- While the pictures and the video show twin beds in the rentable room, please note that the landlords might remove a bed.
