The property itself has two spacious floors. The ground floor is where you will find the cozy living room, a well equipped kitchen, and a dining room. The living room is furnished with a sofa and two comfortable arm chairs, as well as a TV. Connected to both the living room and kitchen is the dining room which is furnished with a large dining table. Then you will find the kitchen which is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and any utensils that you may need. Upstairs is where you will find the three bedrooms, one of which is currently occupied by the landlord but he is willing to rent it to a suitable tenant. Each bedroom is fully furnished and bedroom number 3 comes with its own en-suite bathroom.
