Its proximity to Dublin's city center also makes it perfect for anyone hoping to travel into the city. The property itself is just as fancy as the surrounding area.

As you enter you will find yourself in a well decorated hall which leads into a tenant only living room, a second living room for the tenant and landlords, a toilet room, the dinning room, and the kitchen. Both living rooms are fully furnished with comfortable couches, chairs, and TVs. The first floor of the property is where you will find the first bathroom which is equipped with a beautiful modern shower and bath, two private rooms, and the first bedroom. The second floor has a study area for use by the tenants as well as a second bathroom, and the second and third bedroom.

  • There is a private living area for tenant use only which is perfect for having guests over.
  • The property is decorated beautifully and furnished with everything that you might need.
  • There is a wonderful and spacious garden, perfect for enjoying during the summer months.
  • Many of the windows in the property are large and allow for plenty of natural light.
  • There is an extra study area on the second floor.
  • All utilities are included in the price of the rent.
