The two storey house is very spacious, featuring a charming living room, a large dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen and access to the beautiful garden, the ensuite room for rent, a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms, belonging to the live-in landlord. You will have access to all necessary amenities such as a parking space, a dishwasher and a washing machine and all utilities are included in the rent. The city centre is just a 20 minute car ride or 30 minute bus ride away and you will be surrounded by plenty of greenery - perfect for those in need of some peace.

What we liked the most
- The price includes all utilities - perfect for those on a budget.
- Picturesque living area, equipped with a decorative fireplace and comfortable sofas.
- We love the sunny, fully equipped open plan kitchen, also featuring a spacious dining area, an extra sofa and access to the garden.
- While the downstairs area contains communal areas, the upstairs area has the ensuite room for rent, the landlord's bedroom and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
- You will be living in a calm residential area, just a 20 minute car ride from the city centre.
- Phoenix Park is just 20 minutes away by foot, providing a perfect escape into the nature.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the bus station is a 15 minute walk away from the house, however, a parking space is provided for those commuting with a car.
