This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who wish to have easy access to the city centre as there are plenty of bus services running through the district. The tenants will share a common bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can find a sofa and a dining table. To make laundry day easy, a common laundry room is provided in the building. All three rooms for rent are suitable for couples and furnished with double beds and desks, perfect for students or professionals. All utility bills are already included in the rent and as a bonus point, you will be located just a 30 minute walk away from the city centre!

This room features plenty of space, a fireplace and it is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a desk and plenty of storage. It has a view of the street and its big windows allow for plenty of natural light. Perfect for couples!
