This house has two floors and is not equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes in the dryer on racks inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed and activated. There is a monthly utility limit of 100€ per tenant.
Located along Manor Green Road, this large, sunny house offers five rooms for rent for workers. The house is absolutely stunning: featuring a garden filled with greenery, a sun room with plush sofas, a separate living room with a flat-screen TV, and a large, open-plan kitchen with a dining area, tenants will have a relaxing space to come home to after a long day at work. The neighborhood of the apartment, Marley Grange, is a tranquil area with many amenities. The landlord, a polite elderly man, occupies Room 1. He uses some of the other non-rentable rooms in the house as his office space.
