Several bus lines stop within a short walk and you will find a big supermarket only minutes away. You will be sharing this flat with the landlord, a friendly woman in her thirties. Shared areas include a bathroom with a bathtub, a comfortable living area with a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with all you need to cook your meals. You will also have access to a lovely balcony overlooking a green courtyard. The apartment comes with a range of appliances and accessories such as a washer/dryer, a television, electric heating and Wi-Fi. This warm and inviting flat will be a great place to call home!

- The balcony is equipped with a small table and two chairs, allowing you to have breakfast or enjoy a drink outdoors.
- You will be able to stay fit by going for a run, walk or bike ride on Phoenix Park!
