There is a room for rent in this lovely 2-bedroom house with a live-in landlady on Cooley Rd in Crumlin. The living room is comfortable with 2 sofas and has a door leading to the cosy, well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is located upstairs with toilet, bath/shower and sink.
This house is close to many bus stops and a tram line which gives good access to the rest of the city. There are some nice parks in the area where you could go for a run or a picnic.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a bright room with wooden floors. This room has a single bed and is furnished with a wardrobe, shelving and chest of drawers in which to keep your belongings. This room has a large window flooding the room with natural light with views of the garden below.
What we liked the most
- The house has a large, green back garden.
- There is great public transport in the area.
- There is a bank and a coffee shop within walking distance.
- There is a lot of space to store your food in cupboards in the kitchen.
- The house has heating to keep you cosy during the colder, winter months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking available with this house but the public transport in the area is excellent.
- The landlady's cat lives in the house too, so if you're allergic it may not be a good fit for you.
- This is a family home with a young child that goes to bed early, and as such parties and late nights are not allowed
