There are rooms for rent in this tidy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Drynam Green in Swords. With a generous 135 m² footprint, which includes a large living room and well-equipped kitchen, this house has everything you need to move right in.
The Airside Retail Park is just over a half-hour walk away, so there are a few shops nearby, as well as a cafe. There is also a Tesco store near Airside which is about a 15-minute walk away.

This cozy room has a double bed, as well as heating and storage. This room also has a built-in wardrobe and window to let in natural light.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a garden which is a great place to relax when the weather is good.
- There is a table and chairs in the kitchen so you can sit down to a home-cooked meal.
- There is parking available at no additional cost.
