There are furnished rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Hunters Run, in Clonee. The beautifully presented house opens out onto a garden and has a cozy living area with a fireplace and a modern kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The property is located in a tranquil area that is about 35-40 minutes from Dublin City Centre using public transport. The local shops are a short walk away, and offer a small supermarket, butcher, hairdresser, and other essential amenities.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is simply yet nicely decorated. This room has a window that lets in good natural light and a heating unit. You will be required to store all your personal items in your room, but there is a large built-in wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- The house receives plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen is spacious and provides good bench space to prepare your meals.
- There is a table and chairs in the garden so you can relax outdoors.
- The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and sink, and there is also a separate toilet room.
- There are several lovely parks to explore nearby, including Hazelbury Park.
- Within a 5-10 minute bus ride you can access a commercial area with a movie theatre.
Things to keep in mind
- Please talk to landlord before using appliances that use a lot of electricity such as high voltage heaters or coolers.
- Tenants must tidy up and clean after themselves, and must vacuum their room at least once a week.
- The landlord has a very cute, non-shedding Miniature Schnauzer dog.
