There is a spacious room available to rent in this 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Donaghmede. The 91 m² property, shared with the live-in landlady, is covered with big windows, which provide beautiful views and constant sunshine. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room that creates a comfortable common area that also opens up onto a small balcony. The living room has 2 couches and a large flat-screen TV. The available room also has floor-to-ceiling windows and comes with plenty of storage space.
The modern apartment is located on The Hole in The Wall Road, right across from Father Collins Park. Although you get plenty of sun indoors, it is the perfect place to get some fresh air or to do exercise. This is a very residential neighbourhood, but there are several bus stops nearby to help get around. To satisfy your shopping needs you have the Clarehall and Dongahmede shopping centres about a 10-minute bus ride away.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is a bright and spacious room with carpet flooring and multiple windows. The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space with a standalone wardrobe and chest of drawers.
What we liked the most
- The whole property has lots of windows, providing gorgeous views and constant sunlight.
- The small balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors.
- The bedrooms are separated from the common area, allowing for added privacy.
- We love the big bathroom!
