Tenants have a access to a spacious and modernly decorated kitchen that is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need to cook up some tasty meals.
The Crumlin neighborhood is quiet, yet well-connected to the rest of the city. Within a 5-minute walk is the Dolphin's Barn Library, students can find some extra peace and quiet as well as resources! Also nearby are restaurants, shopping centers, and several parks to help you unwind. Central Dublin is easily reachable from here, as there are several bus stops close by.
What we liked the most
- This is a great location for students!
- The spacious, equipped kitchen has lots of extra cabinet space.
- The property is well-located with everything you need just a short distance away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no common living room for tenants.
- There are 2 bathrooms to a potential 11 occupants.
- There is a dog living on the property, not great for anyone with allergies.
- There is a garden on the property, although it was under construction at the time of the photo session so we couldn't photograph it.
