This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat with 1 room for rent is located in the Dublin suburb of Stepaside. This property has an extremely spacious kitchen and living area, with a beautiful view of the lush greenery in this quiet area of Dublin. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook fantastic meals, and is connected to the living room for maximum socialising! There’s a dining table, two large couches and a balcony leading out from the living area that has a brilliant view.
While originally a separate village, Stepaside has since been absorbed into greater Dublin, with the Luas extended into the area. There are shops and pubs in the center, but they are quite a walk away. Hop in the car and the world is your oyster. You'll have the quiet of a peaceful area with ways to get into the center of Dublin!
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a nightstand, and a lamp on top. To store your items there’s standalone wardrobe with two doors, as well as a heating unit and chair. The drying rack for your clothes is also featured inside the room at the time of our visit to the property. Please keep in mind that there’s no desk.
What we liked the most
- The area the apartment is in is quiet - perfect to relax in.
- The huge living space gives plenty of room to cook a meal and socialise.
- Living with your landlady is a great way to feel like you're in a real home away from home.
Things to keep in mind
- The flat is in a remote area; public transportation is not as convenient. But, if you have a car, you’ll have no problem accessing central Dublin!
