This property is elegant, decorated with wooden floors and a combination of modern and antique furniture. The kitchen is very spacious and features everything you'll need for convenient cooking. There is also a conservatory style dining room which provides access to the large garden. The living room is very charming, decorated with traditional and comfortable furniture. You will be sharing all communal areas with the live-in family and their dog, apart from the living room which cannot be used when they are home.
This house is situated on Newgrove Avenue in Sandymount. The local area is residential and upmarket, and has several shops and cafes for you to make use of. Sandymount train station is 10 minutes away, from here you'll be able to get to the Dublin centre in no time. The neighbourhood is very close to the coast which is great during summer.
