This 3-bedroom house has 2 rooms available to rent on DeSelby Drive in Jobstown. The well decorated home has a cosy, warm feeling, and is very welcoming. The main living area has comfortable couches and a TV, and leads into the modern kitchen, with a large dining table, and plenty of space for cooking and storage. There is also a back garden, with a decked and a lawn area.
This is a calm and peaceful area of the city, mostly residential. There are buses which will take you to the nearby Citywest Shopping Centre, although you could walk there in less than 20 minutes. There is also a Centra convenience store about a 12-minute walk from the house.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is the slightly larger of the 2 rooms for rent. It has a double bed, and a chest of drawers, plus the very large double wardrobe. The floor is carpeted, making the room warm and cosy, and the large window lets in plenty of light. This room also has a TV.

- We love the large kitchen, with plenty of space to cook up a feast for your housemates.
- Both of the rooms are large and get plenty of light from the large windows.
- Each room also has very large double wardrobes – plenty of space for all of your belongings.
- You will be living in a peaceful area away from the noise of the city centre, but with good bus connections directly to the city centre.
