You will be living in a quiet, residential area in the south of Dublin. Conveniently, there is a large commercial estate a few minute's walk away, with lots of high-street stores, including a TK Maxx and an Ikea.

- The flat is very spacious and bright.
- You will have access to a modern and well-equipped kitchen.
- Parking is available, and included in the rent price.
- There is a large shopping centre nearby.
