The house has a large downstairs area, with 2 livings rooms – 1 for the live-in landlords, the other for the tenants. The kitchen is large and modern and well equipped, and has 2 large dining tables. There is also a lovely garden with decking where you can relax on a nice day.
Loughlinstown is a very green, residential area, perfect for students looking for somewhere quiet to study, or for professionals hoping to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The nearest grocery store is a a Spar, in a business park about a 15-20 minute walk from the house. If you want to go further afield, catch a nearby bus to Loughlinstown, where you can find a shopping centre which will cater to all of your needs.
What we liked the most
- We love the well-maintained, pretty garden.
- The room for rent is very bright and calm, and will be a great place to study or relax.
- You will be living in a lovely family home, which is well cared for and will be a great place to live.
- Although the area is very quiet and residential, you will find all your shopping needs just a short bus ride away.
