A room is available for rent to women in a clean, bright flat that you will share with the daughter of the landlady. The interior is sunny, has modern fittings and furnishings, and is spacious, with plenty of room for you and your housemates. There is a small balcony where you can relax on warm days.
You will be living mere moments from Dublin City University, making this the ideal flat for a student studying there. Transport options from the area are fantastic, and you can take a bus to the city centre in about 25-minutes. Local amenities are also easily accessible, with a Tesco supermarket, a shopping centre, and several local restaurants and pubs. The large Albert College park is also nearby, next to the university.
