A room is available to rent in this lovely house in Knocklyon, shared with the live-in landlady. The house is large, with a spacious living room where you can watch Sky TV on the large flatscreen TV and relax on the comfortable sofas. The kitchen / dining area has another TV and sofas, plus a large dining table, and a very well equipped kitchen. There is also access from here to the large garden.
You will be living in a quiet, residential suburb to the south of Dublin, not far from the foothills of the Wicklow mountains. There is a Spar grocery store just a few minute's walk from the house, as well as a takeaway. The area is ideal for nature lovers, as there is lots of green space in which to go walking.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, shelving, and a wardrobe. There are pictures on the walls for decoration, and the useful addition of a corkboard, for any students to pin their revision notes. The window has a view to the street.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is bright and colourful and has plenty of storage space for all your belongings.
- The bathroom has a bath and a shower, so you can rush through your morning shower, and take a relaxing bubble bath in the evening.
- Ideal area for nature lovers, with lots of green space
- This is a very quiet and calm area, perfect for a student needing to focus on their studies, or a professional seeking to escape the hectic city.
