This 3-bedroom houseshare has a shared occupancy room with beds available to rent. The shared bedroom has big windows, which let in plenty of natural light, and playful patterned walls. The best part about this bedroom is that it comes with its own en-suite bathroom. The shared areas include the spacious living room which leads to the large and modern kitchen. These common areas have polished wood flooring, elegant decor, and receive plenty of light and fresh air from the attached balcony.
The house is located in the residential neighborhood of Balgriffin. Despite being a quiet area, it has a lot to offer with great bus connections, nearby parks, and a shopping center called Clarehall. The closest bus stop is just a minute's walk from the property and you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes.

- The property is very bright with polished wood flooring and elegant artwork and decor.
- The living room comes furnished with 2 leather sofas, a dining table, shelving, and a TV.
- There is a balcony attached to the living room that comes with outdoor seating and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or relax.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table, and a lot of storage space .
- The bedroom comes with a private en-suite bathroom for your convenience!
