A bright room with a double bed is available to rent in a lovely house in Clonsilla, Dublin. The home is spacious, and it has plenty of room for tenants to relax or spend time with roommates. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a large fridge, and a table with chairs. The bathroom is modern, and it has a nice glass shower in it. Everything in the room for rent is brand new.
Clonsilla is a peaceful, residential part of northern Dublin. Well-connected by public transportation, residents can reach the Dublin city centre in about 40 minutes from Clonsilla. Clonsilla is also home to several parks and open spaces.

This bedroom has a double bed, a heating unit, a chest of drawers, some storage space, a standalone wardrobe, and an independent key. There is a courtyard view from the window. Couples are allowed to rent the room.
What we liked the most
- The room for rent is bright and modern.
- The Hartstown Park is just a 1-minute walk from the property.
- There are lovely wood floors throughout the property.
- There is a bus stop just across the street from the house.
- The property has a nice garden in the back for tenants to enjoy.
- All of the things in the room to rent are brand new.
