There are rooms available to rent in this 4-bedroom house shared with the live-in landlord. The house has 2 bathrooms; 1 on each floor. There is an open-plan kitchen and living area, which is brightly decorated, The kitchen is modern and has a full-size fridge freezer, a gas oven and a stove.
You will be living in a quiet, residential area, but there are several bus routes passing by the house, which can take you all over the city, including one which goes directly to University College Dublin. There are several local convenience stores, and a couple of cafes and bars. Artane shopping centre is less than 10 minutes walk away, and here you can find a Tesco supermarket, along with several other useful stores, and a Post Office.
Room description
Bedroom 3 has a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The window has a view of the street.
What we liked the most
- The communal area of the house is very nice, and looks like a great place to relax and get to know your new housemates.
- The beautiful flowers outside the front door!
- It is just a short walk to the local shopping centre.
- UCD students will find the location perfect, with a bus taking them directly to the university.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 4 is currently occupied by the landlord, however he will be moving out, at which point it will be rentable.
- Although the maximum stay is 9 months, there may be a chance to renew the contract after the 9 months are up.
