The house is well equipped with all the necessary facilities and also has a comfortable living room where you can relax in the evenings. It has a welcoming and homely feel about it and would make a lovely and convenient place to live for anyone relocating to the area. Communal areas are to be shared with the live-in landlady and her family.
Santry is a suburb on the north side of Dublin with a friendly community and a village-like atmosphere. Many students live here as well as families and you will find all the necessary amenities as well as Santry Park, ideal for exercising or sunny weekend picnics. The property is also very close to a cinema, a Lidl for budget shopping, and the Omni Park shopping centre.

- There is parking available, one of the advantages of living outside of the city-centre.
- With a dryer in the property, you can now complete your laundry at home.

- This is a great location for those who want to escape the busy city-centre but still remain well-connected.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is no train station nearby, there are plenty of bus stops which provide access to the city-centre in 30 minutes.
- A dog lives on the premises, bear this in mind if you are allergic.
