Rooms are available for rent in a 4-bedroom house in Clontarf in Dublin. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a dryer as well as having a dining room where you can enjoy your meals. It feels welcoming and homely and even has a large garden for you to enjoy on sunny days.
Clontarf is a pretty neighbourhood located right on the seashore making for some spectacular panorama views. In fact, this property is only a few minutes' walk from the coastline, ideal for nature lovers. This area is also well connected - only 10 minutes from the city centre by bus, and 30 minutes on foot.

What we liked the most
- The garden is a fantastic feature, perfect for sunbathing during the warmer months.
- Parking is available with the property, an advantage of living outside of the city-centre.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- With a dryer available, you will not have to share your space with damp clothes.
- This location is ideal for those who enjoy the ocean - the property could not be closer to the seaside.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is quite a long walk from the train station but there are bus stops only a few minutes away that provide a good service to the city centre.
