A room is available for rent in a 2-bedroom flat in the Finglas area of Dublin. The flat is well equipped with a small but perfectly functional kitchen as well as a cosy living room and balcony where you could dry clothes or have a quick breath of fresh air. It would make a comfortable and convenient home for anyone moving to the area.
Finglas is a pleasant suburb in north Dublin with a village-like atmosphere and all the necessary amenities. The property itself is very close to Charlestown Shopping centre with its commercial facilities and cinema. There is also an Aldi and a Lidl only about 10 minutes away on foot, perfect for budget shopping.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and access to a private bathroom.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a useful extra addition, perfect for a quick breath of fresh air without leaving the comfort of your home.
- There is parking available, an advantage of living outside of the city-centre.
- The bathroom is for the full use of the tenant so you will never be kept waiting in the mornings.
- With an oven as well as a stove, you can cook whatever you fancy.
- This is a fantastic location for those looking to escape the busy city centre but still remain well connected.
