A room is available to rent in a cosy 2-bedroom house in the suburb of Clonsilla in Dublin. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need including an oven and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a dining table where you can enjoy your meals and there is also garden for the summer months.
Clonsilla is a suburb in the north-west of Dublin in the district of Fingal. It is a mainly residential area and has all the necessary amenities as well as many beautiful parks. Indeed, close to the property is Hartstown Park, a great place for a sunny afternoon stroll or for morning jogs. 30 minutes away on foot is also Blanchardstown Centre, Ireland's largest shopping centre.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, desk, TV, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a view of the street.
What we liked the most
- The grassy garden is a fantastic feature, ideal for sunbathing on sunny days.
- Parking is available with the property, an advantage of living outside of the city-centre.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- There is a bath tub as well as a shower, the best way to relax after a long day at work.
- This is the perfect area for nature lovers as there are many parks including Tolka Valley Park which covers 50 hectares.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space inside or out in the garden for a rack to dry your clothes.
