This 2-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the Liffey River, has a very elegant room for rent. The apartment is located in a modern apartment building and has polished wood flooring and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The living room is very cozy and opens up to a balcony overlooking the river. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the Grand Canal Dock neighborhood, which has become the Silicon Valley of Dublin in the last couple of years. Now considered a tech hub, you have plenty of contemporary buildings, trendy restaurants, and a young and vibrant atmosphere.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, heating unit, storage, and a standalone wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- The balcony has elegant wooden floorboards and has beautiful river views.
- The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a TV.
- The bedroom for rent has floor-length windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, washing machine, and a lot of cupboard space.
- The bathroom is very elegant with spotlight ceiling lights, a heating unit, and a large bathtub.
- The apartment is right on the river and is well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and train.
