Rooms are available to rent in this huge red-brick, 20-bedroom guesthouse, recently refurbished to a high standard throughout. The house has beautiful shared living areas with sofas, TV, and dining tables where guests will receive breakfast. For other meals, there is a shared kitchen, which is fully equipped, and includes a fridge-freezer, although most rooms have their own fridge. Most rooms are also en-suite, and all have their own TV, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and WiFi access. The house includes a reception. There is a shared laundry room with washer and dryer, and the house has large, pretty gardens, where there are strings to dry laundry.

The house is in a residential area of the city, popular with celebrities, but is very close to local stores, restaurants, and cafes, just a couple of minute's walk. Nearby you can walk along the banks of the picturesque river Dodder, or visit any of several parks within a few minutes walk. There are multiple bus routes nearby, and a tram stop that will take you directly to the City Centre, via RCSI and Trinity College Dublin.
