The flat is spacious and bright, decorated in a modern style with a large open-plan living-and-dining room with a comfortable white leather sofa. The property feels clean and welcoming, ready for its new tenant.
Donaghmede is a residential suburb located on the northern side of Dublin, close to the waterside. There is plenty to do in the area, notably the natural paradise of Bull Island, a sand spit in Dublin Bay, teeming with wildlife. The property is also close to a number of large parks, making it ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors.

What we liked the most
- The balcony provides a fantastic outdoor space to be enjoyed in hot weather.
- Parking is an added bonus, and there is even parking for visitors.
- The flat feels warm and spacious, with plenty of room to relax, enjoy meals or study.
- With its proximity to the waterside and multiple parks, this area would make a lovely location for nature lovers.
