This 109m2, 4-bedroom house has rooms for rent with all bills and meals included. This is a classic Irish home, with elegant furnishings, and you will be sharing it with the landlady and her two adult sons. The spacious living room has a fireplace, and the nicely landscaped backyard area is equipped with stylish outdoor furniture.
Dundrum is a residential neighbourhood located in the South of Dublin. The area is nice and quiet but there are shops and supermarkets within easy reach of the house, as well as public transport to take you into the city centre.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is fully furnished. The stylish furnishings include a large built-in wardrobe and a small desk. The room is located on the 2nd floor and gets lots of natural light.
What we liked the most
- This house is in a quiet neighbourhood and is beautifully decorated.
- There is a seperate sitting area that is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
- The open-plan kitchen and dining room has a large dining table and tiled floors.
- The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped, with a large oven, gas stove, and dishwasher.
- The rental price includes all bills, and a cleaning service.
Things to keep in mind
- The house is located outside the centre of Dublin, but there are plenty of buses and Luas close by to take you into the city.
