This 2-storey house, in the residential area of Santra, has a fully furnished room for rent. The bedroom is located on the 1st floor and right next to a remodelled bathroom. The shared area is the kitchen, which also doubles as the dining room area because it is so spacious.
Santry is a peaceful residential area that is only 25 minutes from Dublin city centre by bus. The house is in a convenient location with a shopping centre less than a 10-minute walk away. You are also close to the Dublin airport, which is always a benefit.

What we liked the most
- The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe and has big windows which keeps it bright during the day.
- The kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of counter top space.
- There is a bus stop close by and a shopping mall within walking distance.
- The bathroom is quite large.
- The house comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and stove.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is a 2-storey house with a staircase.
- The living room is for the landlord's private use.
