The property boasts a charming dining room which has a fireplace and is to be shared with the live-in landlady and her family. The kitchen is exceptionally spacious, fully equipped with modern conveniences, and is connected to a comfortable living area and another cosy fireplace.
Terenure is a peaceful neighbourhood situated to the south-west of Dublin's city centre. This area is historic and charming and has survived several conflicts including World War 2. There are several restaurants and convenience stores near the house, and tenants can access Dublin's centre by walking to a nearby bus stop or by driving.

Bedroom 1 is bright and equipped with a double bed. This room also has a TV, a heating unit and a comfortable chair. Tenants can store their belongings in the built-in wardrobe.
