3 Bedrooms are for rent for female students and workers in this cosy house with a garden and 1 shared bathroom situated in Ashtown. This house is in the heart of a tranquil, residential neighbourhood but there are several Irish pubs and convenience stores nearby. There are several green spaces in which tenants can relax near the house - these include Ashington Park and Tolka Valley Park. The interior of the house is warm and cosy with a spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a fireplace to share with the live-in landlady. The modern kitchen is furnished with modern appliances and it also features another living area and a long dining table.

Located on the second level with a courtyard view, Bedroom 3 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room also has heating, a TV, a chest of drawers, shelving and a built-in storage unit.
