The two storey house is tidy and fully furnished, featuring beautiful decorations in all communal areas which are shared with the live-in landlady, occupying the second bedroom. With a parking space provided and all bills included, this is a perfect choice for a quiet and responsible tenant, looking to live in a calm area of Dublin. The city centre can be reached in 30 minutes with a bus or 20 minutes with a car.
