Situated in the area of Castleknock, you will live close to Ashtown dart station and just next to a bus station and can easily reach the city centre in just 30 minutes.

What we liked the most
- The beautiful Phoenix Park is right next to the house!
- To make commuting easier, parking space is provided.
- The kitchen has access to a fantastic garden with a cosy patio, perfect for spending time outside.
Things to keep in mind
- The house has a shared bathroom, located on the first floor and a toilet room on the ground floor.
- Please note that the tenant will not have access to some of the rooms as they are occupied by the landlord.
