This charming 2-bedroom flat is available to rent in Dublin's Downtown. There is a lovely living area where you can also find the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a washing machine and dryer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a kettle - you’ll have everything you will need. Dividing the kitchen and the living area is a counter - perfect for a quick snack. The living area has a comfy sofa and some chairs. In the first of the two bedrooms, there’s a bed, a lovely window, a heating unit, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A heater is also in the bathroom, which is perfect for those cold Irish mornings! The second bedroom has a lovely double bed, with a wardrobe, and another heater. There is a quaint garden between the street and the home that you can enjoy on sunny days.
Located in Dublin 8 and close to the city centre, there’s so much to do! Within 15 minutes, you are in the heart of Dublin. The city is at your doorstep! Around the flat, there are plenty of pubs and shops around. Supermarkets nearby include Tesco Express.
