This multi-floor, 2-bedroom flat to rent is on Wellington Quay. It’s a unique space with two double bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One bedroom has a stunning view of River Liffey, as well as an ensuite shower stall. The other bedroom doesn’t have the view, but it does have a complete ensuite bathroom with a shower cabinet. A toilet room is on the 1st floor. From here, there is a small staircase that leads down to the open-concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. The living space is furnished with a dining table and sofa.
Temple Bar is your new neighbourhood in Dublin 2. The River Liffey is practically at your doorstep. And, so are a number of exciting tourist sights. Dublin Castle and Chapel Royal are 10 minutes away. The Irish Whiskey Museum is a 5-minute walk. You can get groceries at the Spar supermarket. Or you can pick up specialty items at Fallon & Byrne Food Hall. You'll have plenty of options for dining out, too. There are certainly enough restaurants to choose from, and pubs are abundant!

- The view of the river from one of the bedrooms is incredible.
- It’s great to have showers in both bedrooms.
- You’re living on the banks of the Liffey and right downtown.
- You’re close to Trinity College, pubs, restaurants, and music venues.
