The 35 m² property has a spacious living area that opens out onto a balcony with lovely street views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom is furnished with both a double bed and a single bed.

The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, just 10 minutes from Connolly Rail Station. The River Liffey is located nearby, and you will find a range of shops, theatres, bars and restaurants within walking distance. You cannot get bored living here!

What we liked the most

The apartment has several windows that let in natural light.
The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, and a range of cooking utensils.
The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa or 2 armchairs.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and is equiped with a heating unit.
This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore the city. There's always something to do and see nearby!
Ireland's largest cinema complex is a 5-minute walk away.
