This 4th floor, 2-bedroom flat to rent is at College Gate on Townsend Street. It’s a comfy, open-plan flat. You get tons of light from a huge corner window, as well as a smaller one close to the one-wall kitchen. It’s a roomy area furnished with a dining table, armchairs, and 3 sofas. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The bedrooms also get lots of light and have comfortable double beds. The larger room includes a desk. Both spaces have ample storage. And the bathroom, which is close to the front door, includes a tub.
Your new home is located in the Trinity College Area in Dublin 2. You’re close to the River Liffey and just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Everything you need is here: banks, supermarkets, and great transit connections. During the day, you can visit a multitude of galleries, museums, and historical sites. The Oscar Wilde House and National Gallery of Ireland are close by. At night, you have your pick of cafés, pubs, and restaurants. And Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is 15 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The open-concept living room has tons of seating, as well as a TV.
- You get a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
- You don’t have to walk up the stairs. There is an elevator.
- The neighbourhood is within walking distance to numerous tourist sites.
