This bright 2nd, floor 1-bedroom flat to rent is on Tara Street. The front door opens into a hallway. The bathroom isn’t large, but it has a tub and storage. The bedroom has a Scandinavian style. It includes a wardrobe and storage shelves that are built into and around the double bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is partially open to the living and dining room. It includes a washer and dryer. The rest of the space is simply furnished with a table, armchair, sofa, and TV.
The Trinity College Area neighbourhood is in Dublin 2. It’s 5 minutes away from Trinity College, and close to the River Liffey. There are plenty of sights to see in this downtown spot. The National Wax Museum Plus is just up the road. You’re within walking distance of the Olympia and other theaters. And around the corner, you'll find a number of cafés and pubs. The Tesco Express is several minutes away, and you’ll also find specialty food stores in the area.

- The windows aren’t large, but the space still feels bright and airy.
- The washer and dryer are welcome conveniences.
